1. General

AgroMarketplace (agromarketplace.eu) is an online marketplace connecting certified Greek agricultural producers with customers, retail and wholesale. By using this site you accept these Terms & Conditions. For any question or request, contact us at admin@marketnow.gr.

2. Delivery Methods & Shipping Cost

Orders are shipped using one of two methods, chosen by the customer at checkout:

• BoxNow — delivery to a BoxNow automated locker of your choice, at dozens of locations across Greece.
• Courier — door-to-door delivery to your address via a partner courier company.

Shipping cost is calculated automatically based on total order weight. For orders of €50.00 or more, shipping is free (regardless of method). Indicative rates per method and weight:

Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days within Greece, depending on the producer's location and the chosen shipping method. Customers receive email updates on their order status (placed, shipped, delivered).

3. Payment Methods

We currently accept cash on delivery. Payment by credit/debit card and via IRIS is being added soon, through a secure hosted checkout page provided by a Bank of Greece-licensed payment provider.

4. Returns & Order Cancellation Policy

4.1 Perishable / fresh agricultural products

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(d)) as transposed into Greek law (Law 2251/1994, Art. 3ia §3(d)), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly — a category that covers most fresh agricultural products sold on our marketplace (fresh vegetables, fruit, dairy, meat, etc.). For these products:

• Returns simply because the customer changed their mind are not possible after delivery.
• If a product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is entitled to a free replacement or full refund, provided they notify admin@marketnow.gr within 24 hours of delivery, with a photo of the issue.
• Free order cancellation is only possible before the order has shipped.

4.2 Non-perishable / packaged products

For long-shelf-life, sealed products (e.g. olive oil, honey, wine, pasta, legumes), the standard 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from delivery applies, with no reason required, provided the product is unopened and unused. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

4.3 How to request a return or cancellation

Email admin@marketnow.gr with your order code (available on the "My Orders" page) and the reason for your request. You will receive a response within 2 business days.
